Ever since the release of the Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra those outside China has found it difficult to get their hands on it. In fact, it was only ever released in the UK outside China but in a limited quantity that quickly went out of stock. When it looks like there was no more hope the company promised us an Indian launch date but things were also delayed. Last month the company said it will be there delaying the release of the Xiaomi mi 11 ultra “due to circumstances beyond our control” which we don’t really know what it means.
But thanks to God things are about to take a turn because it looks like Xiaomi is finally set to release Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra In India. This is because Xiaomi has asked eager users to register for the device by buying a gift card. This gift card goes for about Rs. 1,999 (~$27) on Xiaomi’s website. This gift card can be redeemed against the price of the Mi 11 Ultra, with 2 free screen replacements, Ultra Merchandise Superfan Box, Times Prime Annual Membership, and Extra F-code.
This is not a conventional way of buying a device however the only way to guarantee you buy the device when it is available is to get a gift card. Getting the gift card is also to your advantage as will have other benefits as I mentioned above. We still don’t know yet when Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra will go on sale but I figured it won’t be long now.
The Mi 11 Ultra itself starts at Rs. 69,999 (~$940) in India. The device is to be reckoned with because it is one of Xiaomi’s best devices to date. The device comes with two displays the main display at the front and a secondary OLED display at the back of the phone which serves as a viewfinder. The main camera is a very big 1/1.12-inch 50-megapixel sensor while the other cameras are dual 48-megapixel ultrawide and telephoto modules.
