ShopSync connects Shopify and Mailchimp. It’s engineered to sync all orders, customers (who accept marketing), promo codes, and products. Your automation and pop-ups are still handled in your Mailchimp account business as usual; ShopSync just sends data to your audience. This service also sync’s the present subscriber status for your customers supported their opt-in preference from the past and moving forward.

Users receive an alert when they’re at a favorite store that sells the things on their shopping list. Their robust platform provides retailers and types the flexibility to alert customers inside a particular store so as to produce targeted offers, maximize sales, and increase the share of customer wallets. ShopSync is intended to be self-service. But if you need support after download, you’ll access our mental object free or upgrade to our paid (Pro) support option for just $5 per month. Our Pro plan allows priority support, email, and chat access with our customer support team.
Does ShopSync replace Mailchimp?
No. ShopSync could be a tool to send information from your Shopify store and Mailchimp (and vice versa). The app transfers and syncs information between the 2 platforms. you may still use Mailchimp for all of your campaigns, automation, pop-ups, and ads.
Will you ever charge for ShopSync?
The ShopSync service now offers a paid support option for ShopSync. Users on this plan are going to be able to contact our support through chat or email. Non-paid users who install ShopSync after August 12, 2019, will have access to our content, but won’t have access to email or chat support. Customers who have downloaded ShopSync before the August 12, 2019 transition date can still contact support for assistance at no charge.

No. ShopSync doesn’t seem to be affiliated with either Shopify or Mailchimp.
Do you all offer phone support or demos?
At this point, they do not offer phone support or demos. But they are similar temperaments to answer questions over email and supply linkage to any relevant help link on their website if you’re subscribed to their Pro support plan.
What are your support hours?
ShopSync support hours are 9 am to three pm EST, M-F. However, they do periodically check and answer messages after hours and on the weekends. And they won’t guarantee a response during off periods.
