Nintendo Switch is one of the best handheld gaming devices for a very long time now even with the competition. Even the famous PSP could not compete with such a wonderful device for a long time. The Nintendo switch device has done well in fact it has done very well during the pandemic, and now Nintendo is planning to release an updated model.
This new model apparently will come with a 7 inch OLED Samsung screen with a resolution of 720p and we go in mass production in June according to reports from Bloomberg. The report also stated that this device is capable of displaying 4K graphics when it is hooked up to a TV. This schedule is in line with the hopes that demand we go up before the holiday. Starts.
Though Nintendo in February denied any plans for a new switch device, the involvement of Samsung has made it quite obvious, Yoshio Tamura the co-founder of display consultancy DSCC said that “The OLED panel will consume less battery, offer higher contrast and possibly faster response time when compared to the Switch’s current liquid-crystal display,”
The current Switch device has a 5.5 inch 720 p LCD panel which is quite kind of outdated, this is because the world is moving away from LCD panels. So a 720 p 7-inch display will really do good for the next Nintendo switch device that will be released.
