If you check Google’s online store the Pixel 4A 5G and the Pixel 5 are now currently listed as sold out because their time has passed. It is now time for pixel 6 to take the weels and lead us for the next 1 year. This is what a spokesman from the company has to say “With our current forecasts, we expect Google Store in the U.S. to sell out of Pixel 4a (5G) and Pixel 5 in the coming weeks following the launch of Pixel 5a (5G). These products will continue to be available through some partners while supplies last”.

Google recently announced the pixel 5A 5G and this had made the pixel 5A 5G to be discontinued. However, discontinuing the pixel 5 when the Pixel 6 and 6 pro has not yet dropped is unusual for Google. Google has said that with the other Pixel devices they were not ready to go all-in on flagship competition. However, things have changed with the Google Pixel 6, Google now positions itself as a true flagship killer device. If you have not seen the specs of the Google Pixel 6 do so here.

Once pixel 6 drops the competition will be even more fierce than ever for the top brands like Apple and Samsung that are have been dominating the smartphone world.
