For very long time lovers of one of the best franchises of all time the Lord of the rings has been aspiring for a series. After the Hobbit was concluded it left fans wanting more of the franchise. That was when we discovered that Amazon has finally gotten right to make a lord of the Rings TV series. Now it seems our hope and dream of getting a lord of the ring TV series is one step closer. This is because Amazon has decided to move productions for the upcoming lord of the rings TV series from New Zealand to the UK. This means only one thing, that there is progress.
in fact, our dreams are more than one step closer as the first season of the Lord of the Rings franchise has already been shot in New Zealand. It means that it is from the second season that productions will be moved to the UK. Season 2 production will begin next year while post-production will continue on season 1. So things are more than a step closer for the long-awaited Lord of the Rings TV series.
While the real reason for moving productions for this is not yet known, there are speculations that it might be due to New Zealand’s stick covid-19 rules. Because more than half of the crew of the lord of the rings TV series are British and has stayed in New Zealand for about 2 years traveling back and front is not easy amidst strict pandemic rules. Another reason is that they might be in need of new locations.
If you are like me and eagerly waiting for this series then you should know that it is coming on September 2nd, 2022. However, before then, we have other movies that will take our mind off it until the time is right.
